뮤직비디오 자체는 당췌 무슨내용인지 왜? 이런 어린시절? 을 성의없는듯 찍었는지는 알수없지만, 가사를 보면 사랑노래? 인듯도 하고, 사랑했던 친구나 어린시절을 떠올리게도 하는 그런 노래다.

멜로디가 귀에 찰지게 붙어서 참 애절한 느낌인데, 가사를 보니 더 그 느낌이 커진다. 당신은 너무 멀리 있지만, 난 아직도 당신이 필요하고, 그립다라는…. 대상이 누구인지도 중요하겠지만 그 애달픈 마음과 그리움이 절절하게 다가온다.

어벤지드 세븐폴드라는 밴드는 헤비메탈? 이라는데 느낌은 그냥 컨트리록 같다. 다른곡들도 찾아봐야겠다.

쓸쓸한 느낌이 얼마전에 본 영화 “로스트 인 더스트” 를 떠올리게 한다.
